The Brewery Britomart is born from a passion for brewing, cooking and all things beer and food related. Our vision is to create a range of exceptional craft beers with unique personality and attitude and our mission is to share them with you.
The beers are hand crafted (by hand!) in our on-site brewery from all natural ingredients predominantly of New Zealand origin. We respect the traditions of beer and brewing so we brew to style guidelines to create beers with international roots, but we are always enticed to experiment and design beers with their own "personalities and attitudes" …. to meet yours.
The menu of platters, tapas, mains and desserts has been developed to incorporate beer in the recipes and pair with beer at the table. Although this is an experience most people associate with wine, the large variety of beers available offer a broader flavor profile than wine which makes it a more striking and versatile companion to every type of food.
