One thing we have learned since opening our own brewery is that our guests appreciate it when we share our knowledge about beer, as well as stories about how some of the creations came about, and to give them an insight into the brewing process. Based on this concept, we figured that people would appreciate the same experience when it comes to food. Together with our Head Chef, who is very passionate about food, who wants to give his guests a perfect taste experience, we have developed the concept of the Chef's Table. Essentially, it is a table that can be booked for 8-12 people, located in the upstairs area with an opening to the kitchen. The idea is to be right next to the kitchen, having Chef explaining about the dishes, best food and beer or wine combinations, about the origin of the ingredients and last but not least share Chefs' tips and tricks of food preparation.
We are planning on putting this idea into realization within the next 3-5 months. Let us know what you think about it or how we could improve the concept. We appreciate your input.
