One of the philosophies is to introduce people not just to craft beers but also to the craft of brewing beer. What better way to learn about brewing than to experience it first hand, ideally with a glass of beer in your hand? In our tap room or brewery bar people can do just that. We opened up the brewery and created a small bar area which is intimate with the brewery and ideal for tasting sessions or small private functions. This is where Laurence and John often hang out and talk about beer and brewing.
